The candles are slowly burning down and the sky is blue! Still majorly cold in Arnhem but hopefully it will get warmer soon. I need some sun on my bones!
Sitting on my windowsill is a recipe book I have had for many years: Apples for Jam by Tessa Kiros. Flicking through it today gets me in the mood for summer!
Born to a Greek Father and Finnish mother, growing up in South Africa, and marrying an Italian, you can imagine the fine mix of recipes she has in the book. Nice even if you just want to look at the pictures!
